Although Tom and Nancy thought they knew what type of cabinetry they wanted, when they brought samples home from Swartz to view in the proper light, they found themselves moving in a completely new direction. They selected cherry cabinetry from DuraSupreme with a light finish and glazing to brighten the room.

They were planning to forego the pantry cabinetry for the entranceway and perhaps add something in a year or two. Just a few days after they placed their order, the couple decided to add the station. It’s a choice they’re happy to have made.

Nancy was convinced she wanted a porcelain sink, and Susan walked her through the pros and cons of that choice versus the double-basin stainless steel sink by Kindred that she ultimately selected.

Corian countertops tied the spaces together and provided a rich finish.

It was demolition time.
